decorating my room!!

today vv busy sia... whole morning went to ikea get stuff to beautify our home and decorate for CNY... i got alot things... heez... full-length mirror, box to put all my messy stuff, fake flowers... haha... anw, we all walk until vv tired... den we go home... den i had so much fun decorating my room!! my pa help me install the full-length mirror in my room, den i re-arrange the stuff in my cupboard into the box... then use the flowers to decorate my bookshelf lor... nt that nice la... but i tink it's the nicest i've seen it so far... haha... quite happi with the results la...

i going to make a vow. from today onwards, I'm going to make better use of my time.

1)I'm not going to be on the comp for more than 2 hours a day (tt's already vv hard k?!).

kk, anw our form teacher iz mrs lam... nt bad la... surely better than tong wan rit? hahahaz... kk... den anw she gave everyone an apple for us to look and examine, then later we have to put all back into the box, afterwhich we have to find our apple. This supposedly shows that we, like the apples, are all unique... and she demonstrated that when you cut the apple in half (nt the usual way, as in, turn the apple horizontal instead of vertical), a 'star' can be seen. wadeva.

hmm.. after that we chose monitor and monitress... hengyi remained monitor and weitin became monitress... the rest monday we'll choose.

The hair salon vv interesting leh... nv see before... it's like there's a machine inside where u insert a ten-dollar note, then u get a card. With this card, u can get ur haircut. hmm... today iz masterclass n sort of last day. n btw, today's the first day me n mq had their buffet breakfast... heh... den ard 10 plus liddat we had masterclass. It was pretty fun... we had it wif NTU n MJC... one of the judges conducted the masterclass... yup.. then anyway we pretty much enjoyed it... the guy corrected us on things like articulation lor... like "-wh-en the leave-z- are green"...

after that we were dismissed... mq wasn't feeling well... so I brought her to starbucks... drank sth hot... (the hot choc was yummy! =P) then i brought her to the hainanese style place... then she ate chicken rice... i had sandwiches which was like SUCH a big portion... ergh... anw, i tink tt was our first gd meal for the past 4 days... oops... den after tt we walked ard looking fer sy n jolene... den cannot find sho go back hotel rm... walked ard the whole 20th level... knocking on every door whom we tink we noe... but noone ans it so... too bad... anw we went back to our rm... then awhile later jolene called... so she n sy came to our rm... crapped abit... den sy went back to her rm to take sth... den she came back wif a bag of 'ma mee'... i was like... 'er, where'd u get tt?'... den it was actually frm matthew who's juz opp her rm... ya... so we crap until 3 plus... den we go meet fer results... argh... results!!!

TOILET!!! imagine abt 100 over guys in suits n ties all rushing to toilet at the same time... hahaz... i laugh like siao...

third day iz basically juz whole day free lor... morning we eat abit le den me n mq go ard walk abit... but den veri sian coz dunno where to go leh... den in the end found mr tan... so we follow him... den meet jolene, sy n melissa... follow mr tan abit... den later we, except melissa, went to the theme park... den we play the rolling thunder mine ride (a sort of rollercoaster)... hahaz... pretty fun... abit giddy tho... but vv fun... heez... den walk ard... den gt fog n rain again... sho cannot play...

den go back to meet the choir at 12. afta tt we walk inside abit... den go hotel rm... eat bread... den go theme park again... watch ppl play... haha... den me n mq go back inside to shop! heez... den found abit of souvenirs lor... hahaz... den mq down wif flu... so we go back hotel rm... watch movie 'outbreak'... vv nice... until dunno y cannot play.. tink the cd gt problem la... den anw, mq napped abit... so i read the chi bk for sec3s wan lor... den ard 5plus liddat... we go down walk abit... den meet choir at 6... afta tt we go walkwalk... den haf dinner... den regretted nt going to the friendshop concert... coz cat. high was performing! haiz... oh well... den anw we walk around first world plaza... keep crapping... i laugh until cry sia!! siaoz... den after tt go back hotel rm lor... yup..

2nd day aka competition day...

okie... second day... COMPETITION DAY... didn't go down to the buffet breakfast... me n mq drank soup!!! haha... we brought packet soup so we juz add hot water can le... afta tt we watch the second disc of the cantonese show... den ard 10 liddat meet fer acoustic check. we didn't sound veri gd... like nt focused enough... everytime always like dis wan... den anw we sing for veri long... we keep on hafta invoke the feeling from the choir... esp cui dong cui...

lunch... den change in the room... den meeting time suddenly change to earlier... so no time to finish putting makeup... den we go to a room fer warmup... still dun sound focused enough... but anyway after abt 10min i tink... if i remember correctly... it was the real thing!! I wasn't tt nervous actually... den we juz gt up on stage... sing sing sing... den sing cui dong cui... cui dong cui i felt veri 'into' the song... but after tt everybody tot we nv do well... haix... but anw we rest awhile... den continue warm up again... dis time i was like... ok, we didn't do vv well juz now... but cannot give up... dis a another chance fer us... but i like quite nervous... but tink is bcoz vvvv cold, den i shiver lor... ya... den competition! saw ms lim when i walk on stage... she was like going to smile liddat but controlling... heez... den anw sing lady fair... blablabla... den iddemdem... den walk down stage.. phew!

today was juz travelling... nth much... journey started ard 6plus... we altos had to go on a separate bus wif fengshan pri... haix... hmm... actually i prepared alot of sickness bags in case i get motion sickness... but i didn't!! yay!! hahaz... den ard 3plus we reach the foot of the mountain... den we take cable up!! haha... the sops, tenors n basses didn't!! the cable car dere super crowded lorz!! siao wan.. queue until wan to die le den finally our turn... sho anw we take cable car up... FINALLY reach genting!!!

den we met up wif the rest of the choir at GICC... den at first mr tan wan us to slp wif his own arrangement wan... fer first nite... den everybody complain like siao... so he finally say can slp wif our own room mates... hehe... yay! so i slp wif mq lor... dinner waz at the Kafe Tropical... the buffet nt nice wan... but then again... i'm a veri fussy person... hahaz... afta tt me n mq watch movie!! haha... at first we watch harry potter... but den we watch halfway den agree veri sian coz we both read the bk abt thousand times le... haha... but we stop first coz hafta meet the rest of the choir... meet le... mr tan say muz sms parents tt we reach genting... den go back rm... we watch a cantonese show... haha... veri farnie wan... watch one disc den i veri slpy le... so we go slp... lalala..

well, in case you haven't noticed, instead of 'mood: wadeva' above each of my posts, I use a title.... eg. titles?? yup, blogger supports titles as well... but it seems tt many ppl don't use it. In order to enable it, login to ur blog>>Settings>>Formatting and go to Show Title Field, and select 'Yes'. And now, when you type a new post, there'll be a title field just above where you can just type the title of your post!

hahahahahz... juz now we had choir workshop... gt chung cheng, but meisi was overseas so i didn't see her!! argh... anyway later after choir me n mq couldn't resist the temptation to go to whitesands and hav teabreak... den we shopped a bit for our genting trip!! haha, at first we were getting the lipton herbal infusion... den we saw a lady promoting packet soup!! hahaz... tried the soup which was pretty gd... better than campbell at least... so i got two boxes (each box contained three packets, n each packet could make one mug of soup.) since i had little money on me at the time... while mq got 4 to share wif her family as well... cool...

so since we had veri little money left to spare... we promised to meet again on another day to get more things (food especially!! yum!) to share on the genting trip... heez...
